new to recovery

Trying to taper off of Lorazepam. Wish to give support and encouragement and receive it. Currently reading-Depression Free Naturally--interested in other members viewpoints about book and treatment center.

Congratulations for deciding to get clean/sober! The support here is great - it made a huge difference for me. I haven't read the book you mentioned, but have had great results with mindfulness.
