Back to day one. No need to explain :P. But looking foward to fighting the beast again. This time for good. Needed to let it out, to not keep it to myself as I always did so many times in the past..

I will date myself a of the 31st of October, most special day of the year for me. But starting right now. Well last night, but my waking up sober is this morning.

I read this morning on AVRT on the site, it is worth it? What is it?

And for those others who are thinking stopping drinking, or who are also on day 1. You are not alone. As I hope I am not alone either..

You'll fight this beast, How about to burn it in some blast furnace? (I was a couple of times on business trips on production sites of metallurgical companies. That's impressive).

Wolfram, good for you to come right back and make a fresh start. You're not alone, far from it!!

AVRT has some great principles, I've used a little of that and it's been helpful. Also urge surfing was hugely helpful. I think there are forums on both here. Good luck!!
