Natom

I spent the first half of this day really unmotivated and feeling quite ill. When I went into work I felt like I was going to throw up. About an hour later I was given some tools and told to build and paint some wooden frames. I spent the rest of my shift doing this. Made me feel better. I also had tomorrow off but I am going in to do some support work at my other job. I feel a lot better despite the fact the majority of my day was crap. Moods turn around so quickly in recovery. Just for today, or half a day, or an hour.
