1st post

Hi all

Today is the day. Been to the doctors and will be getting some support.

Currently sat on my bed with some toast a green tea, better then 70cl of Russian standard

Once more into the frey...
Into the last good fight I'll ever know!

I need to do it this time. I'm doing it for me this time! Day by day.

Hello Sammylad, welcome to the forums. I was in a Christian Rehab in Birmingham. Betel down in Kings Norton, I went all over Brum though, it's a nice place. Enjoy your journey of recovery.

I found sobriety in the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Wife's cousin married a bloke from Sutton Coldfield. Great guy.
