When I was drinking ..I was under the impression that I looked much younger than my actual age. After looking in the mirror...sober..for the last 8 days..I am beginning to realize that must have been the alcohol lying to me... LOL! Oh well..another harsh reality smd ill effect of drinking. Onward March!..

you will. all the puffiness will be gone, and if you were like me, how many times did you fall asleep with your make up on?
My skin has never been clearer now that I take care of it.

When I was drinking everyone else looked younger too. Made for some really interesting mornings after a night at the ANAF. But CaiHong is right I notice a few less wrinkles on my own face.

I found crows feet today I have had a lot more joy than sadness in my life so I try to remember they are from smiling......but I still don't like them!!

I looked so totally different when drinking that it isn't even funny. Like a car ran over my face. Drinking really ages people.

I notice that in some chronic alcoholics sunken in eyes and huge bags under the eyes also.

During this past summer when my drinking started to get very intense I noticed my hair was beginning to grey. My wife said it was probably the drinking :o

I bet you'll not only start to look healthier but feel healthier the longer you're sober. I noticed in my first 7 days of sobriety last week that I felt physically much "lighter" and renewed.

My hair falls out like crazy when I am in active alcoholism. My hair was a lot thinner, now it is thick and shiny.

I think my whole body changes when I drink.
