Part of both of your recovery is going to be a look at the dynamics of your relationship with your wife, and vice versa... and the relationships in the entire family... That;s a tall order and I am sure you don't want to rush it.

Let her recover... Hopefully the rehab will have a family day, or something similar and maybe all of you can get some much needed insight.

Hang in there. Give her some space and let her recover!
