I made it to the third day and although I'm not 100% I am not getting the sweats, chills and overall sick feeling. I have a headache and foggy mind but I feel much better than the first two days. Last night was the first night I didn't sweat through my clothes. I'm still tired but I feel better with today knowing that I'm slowly healing. I know as the days go I will not feel as bad as those first few. I'm really looking forward to getting my mind back as I feel as though I'm in a haze.

Sorry you're suffering. I went through that dozens of times, and believe me it will get better.

Keep posting and let us know your progress, and remember what that first drink will lead to.

It isn't easy but it is worth it. I am day 9. It has been one heck of a trip. I am still sober. Whew. Lord have mercy on my poisioned little soul!
