What will I do DIFFERENT this time?...This time I am going to FACE MY FEAR of sharing my thoughts and feelings. This SCARES the heck out of me. I believe my resistance to doing this has kept me going back to the UGLY DRINKING CYCLE over and over again. If I keep it bottled up and don't reach out...I won't get well. I am starting with these postings on SR...which are a huge step for me. Thanks for being here friends.
