Trying to stay motivated.

On Day 1 again! ahh. Not giving up. I WILL get my life together and be sober, no matter how many tries it takes!

I used a little bit yesterday, not enough to get "high" but enough, so TODAY is my day one, and im ready for the first few days of detoxing.

I'm trying to plan ahead so I deleted EVERYTHING on my computer, cellphone and my blog that has ANYTHING to do with drugs, so they're not there to trigger me in the future. I stayed home from school today and I've been trying to keep myself busy as possible. My plan is, if I even feel a thought about using or if I feel any negativeness creeping up, I will do something like cleaning or yoga to take my mind off it immediately, because those thoughts can get verrrry overwhelming and sometimes they lead me to do bad things..

So thats where I'm at.. Anyone got any suggestions on how to stay motivated?

Remember the thoughts are just thoughts. They don't control you. You can feel them for what they are, and let them go.

My family is 100% supportive of me. I'm going to be practicing AVRT and I'm attending Chemical Dependency Outpatient counseling.

And SR of course!
