In the double digits and down 4 pounds...woot woot !!

Well I have made it to day 10 AND....I lost 4 pounds...still in the very early stage of my journey but progress all the same...I have serious anxiety about many things and I want to deal with them properly, I want to succeed at life alcohol free....Im afraid of things I have to face head on, but scared or not they have to be faced!! I feel like a total loser with a capitol L....but Im really trying here!!! HAPPY THURSDAY PEEPS!!

You are not a loser at all.

Be very proud of yourself!

10 days is huge!!!!! Not a loser just a garden variety alcoholic. Do not worry about fixing the world worry about fixing yourself. You will have plenty of time to fix the world when the time comes

Well done.

I've replaced booze with ice cream. At 4000 calories per 2ltr tub gonna have to stop that-no wonder I've not lost any weight

Good job on 10 days and the weight loss. Make sure you eat- hunger can be a trigger for many.

HALT helps me. I fix these issues when I am craving something.

Hungry?
Angry?
Lonely?
Tired?

Co graduations on double digits! I am on day 7 today, hid the scale for the week, will check tomorrow to see if cutting out the wine calories have helped me as well! I have been exercising, but I am exhausted. Hope to have my energy back soon! You will be my inspiration. I will hit double digits Sunday, which means another sober weekend!!!

Aw congrats!! Good for you! And that's great about the 4 pounds - right now I'm eating all I want until I get some sobriety under my belt but I hope soon enough I'll be right behind you.
