Ok, so I was talking with my son tonight and I said , I haven't drank in 15 days. He shrugged his shoulders, probably rightfully so. But as I said the words, I noticed the negative connotation. "I have been sober for 15 days" sounds so much better. Idk, just a thought I wanted to share. The spin makes all the difference.
