I actually remember a dream I had last night! The one benefit of sobriety I always forget is the quality of sleep is so much better.

This time coming off was worse - I just can't sustain 10 to 12 beers in a 6 hour period any longer (and get up and go to work the next morning).

I am a very refined drinker - I don't drink and drive, never miss work, go to all my kids functions, it's my thing. It has become my personality.

No longer. I hate the way I feel, I'm getting fat, I zone out on my wife, she's might as well be alone.

I have no idea what tomorrow brings....except sobriety, and I have to say, I feel very proud right now.

One of the songs I love to listen to, not only because of the lyrics, but the passion of the song is "Walk" by the Foo Fighters;
