Up and somwhat about for the fist time in a week
 

I have so sick it doesn't seem fair. Life should be perfect sober, right? Kidding. doing laundry and ehausted. ate my first solid food in a week last night. The homeless will have to wait one more day, sadly most will still be homeless. could use a meeting but don't have the energy yet. Again thank goodness for SR. It is great support especially for the shut in and isolated. Tomorrow hopefully a little stronger and so on. kibd of like the recovery process.

Well I realize I accomplished more today sick but sober than I often did drunk but on the surface well.

Did major laundry and a few other chores now laying down because feeling weak. Better to have SR than ever.

I hope you are eating enough. You need to keep your health up. Recovering from the flu burns a lot of calories
