John denver
When I was an early teen I had this standing record player. About three feet tall. The top was the record player with a am fm radio player under that. An 8 track tape player to the side. And under it... Oh under it it was amazing! There were 6 rows of colored lights up and down and 6 across. They would flash in groups to the beat of what ever played on the turn table, radio or tape player. This was one of those few things I ever saved my paper route money to get.
Oh brother!
Anyway.... I played endless John Denver albums on that turntable. Watched the light flash in time for many a sad and happy childhood moment. More sad than happy but thats another story!
John Denver's music was pure and fresh... A memory and treasure for me always.
Ok... Time travel is over.
