If I make it through Saturday sober, it'll be 4 weeks! I'm feeling very positive :-), because I know I can do this now. It's not easy, I'm still getting cravings to drink sometimes, but I wont do it. I just can't. I can't let myself down, no matter how much I want it at that moment, I know that it's not worth having to start over. Just knowing that I can make the right choice to not drink, is very encouraging to me, because I COULD have drank. I could have picked up some alcohol on my home from work any day of the week, but I didn't. And it's a great feeling that I'm having right now.
