Newcomer...

Hello I am new to this site.I have been trying to quit since November 1, 2011. I have relapsed several times since then. I'm almost 3 weeks clean again from alcohol and cigarettes.Oh yea I also cut down on caffeine which is actually helping as well. Looking forward to interact with all you fellow members..:O)
