Water. It is uplifting to my spirit. No other way to describe it. In fact, I need a big glass right now!

I really like the different kinds of sparkling water from Talking Rain (Sparkling Water - Talking Rain) Copying from their website:

• No Calories
• All Natural
• No Sweeteners
• No Sodium

FLAVORS: Natural, Lemon Lime, Berry, Tangerine, Lemon Zest, Pomegranate Lime, Mango Acai, Peach Nectarine, Kiwi Strawberry, Coconut Pineapple.

My local grocery store carries the 2 liter bottle for a mere $0.98 a piece!

I drink coffee in the morning, gatorade when I feel an energy slump in midday, and in between lots of water. Some mornings I take this frozen mixed fruit I got from Walmart, put a little strawberry yogurt and a splash of mountain dew in a blender and make a smoothie. It gives me that carbohydrate kick I use to crave when I would drink without the buzz and it's guilt free.

Coffee, lots of coffee. And Green Chai tea and Diet Pepsi. I'm on a caffeine kick at the moment.

Seltzer and regular water flavored with freshly squeezed lemons. It's refreshing and delicious without the calories. And I read it's helpful in helping to eliminate toxins from the body.

I have experience trying NA beer and failing. Keeps you in the drinking mindset. I agree to stay away from it.

As for other drinks, I just discovered Diet Sprite with Raspberry Ice Crystal light. So good!

Filtered water , Perrier/Pelegrino w or wo a twist of lemon or lime, Orange/Blueberry juice cut 50% with water , protein whey smoothies with yoghurt , banana , blueberries , limited coffee , the odd Coke

Any form of water has to be my #1 each day.
