No I am so full of love my heart hurts
And yes I;m a guy and vet. But almost 7 months clean and like a different life. I did my sandwiches to my brothers, did my meditation, but my freaking DI terrapist wants me to look at my life. I don't know how to do that can I borrow someones

Hey Fitz,
just work through it little by little it's how i tend to work at things , especially if the totality of it can seem overwhelming .. i just look at what i can do now, today..
Afterall we don't put all the bricks onto the back of a builder at once and expect him to build a house .. it's done one brick at a time, keep on laying those bricks one at a time and you'll build yourself a nice peacful home .
