Someone in the supermarket finally brought it up
going to the store in a bit for a few things but can use a basket not a cart cause those damn big bottles of vodka were so heavy. I useed to buy booze at Trader Joes too because it seemed classier.
Fitz,
You are cracking me up and I need that today! Birthday cards - that's a new angle Ahhh yes, weren't we "classy" sauntering down the aisles at Trader Joes, perusing flowers etc....when we really only came for the booze!!!!

i used to try to casually ask the cashier if they had heard good things about what i was buying and then say 'oh, yes she'll like it, then'. pathetic.
one day when i was leaving one of my rotating liquor stores, the cashier said 'see you tomorrow'. i remember thinking....hmmmm that can't be good.
i hope their poor kids find some other way to pay for college now that i'm not funding it
