Happy - really, truly happy!

You know, this sober thing works. I love being calm, serene, and happy. A year ago I had a broken ankle caused from being drunk. Not intoxicated. Down right, blackout D R U N K. Today, I'm happy with my life, my job, have been promoted, and am rekindling and nurturing my relationship with my family. Negative Nancy is now Tickled Tammi. I am really liking her! Thank you, SR. The wisdom and encouragement here has blown away the storm clouds. Life is soberliciously wonderful! :thanks

Way to go, NBC. It's amazing how we keep insisting drinking is making us happier and helping us to relax, have more fun, etc. What a lie. In the end, I was anxious, paranoid, anti-social, and miserable. Good times! So proud of you for what you've accomplished.
