Just 3 days of Sobriety
Its my 3rd day sober and I am loving it!
Since deciding to become sober I have had to make some other tough decisions too. Not associating myself with people who would be triggers for me to give into any of my many addictions. Need some networking from like minded peers ..
Any advice for a newbie?
Do many people Vancouver use this site?

I believe we have a few people from BC
The best advice I can give you from my experience is post and read here as much as you like - there's an amazing amount of wisdom and experience here. Follow those posters who have what you want

3 days seems a lifetime at the time, so it is no small achievement that is awesome so congratulations. I am impressed that you feel good. Sadly day 3 is soooo rough for many folks. Love Vancouver and spent some time last summer in lovely Whistler. Welcome.

Day three is great! Congratulations.
What works for me is thinking that first drink, or drug, through to the end and the misery it'll bring.
Fourth day was always a killer for me, so be on gaurd.
You can do this and we can help. Post as often as you like there's lots of support here.
