Hi mre, welcome. Many of us started here and are still sober weeks, months, and years later. Detox needs medical at least on call. I went into the hospital for a 7 day detox. Lots have recovered just here, others have used AA or AVRT or the origins of that RET and GBT which are other recovery methods, as well as here on SR. Me I needed all of them and I took what I could use from each and left the rest. I didn't care about being right for the method, I was more concerned with using what was working for me.

The best thing I used you already did, I discovered here. And stayed - both here, and sober.

Post a lot, read a lot.

Hi and welcome, the vodka mite work now, but wat happens when its gone?
You have to face the pain sometime, why not make it now?

Yeah I think the best thing for tremors is to see a Dr, not more vodka - tho many of us have made that mistake...
