I have never had problems with substances so that makes NA or AA not really a good fit. Still I have a pretty serious process addiction that I use to change how I feel. I need help, I have been in therapy for some time but it is not the same as having a fellow addict to work with.

Any idea how to find a sponsor for a process addiction. If you have a process addition I would love to talk to you ...I feel really alone in this !!

have you googled your process addiction to see if there is a 12 step or other support organization for it? Sometimes you can find sponsors online or who will work with you over the phone.

There is a huge variety of 12 step groups out there. I found some to address my process addictions, so it is definitely doable.
