Does MMT count?
 

I'm on day 5 of MMT. I've had partial success. Today is my first day off the 30mg Percs. Does MMT even count as recovery?

You mean methadone?

I have no experience myself, but we have lots of members here on a methadone programme - we even have a forum:

Personally I'd be less worried about what others thought and more on what you thought about it :)

I would second that. I personally never went there. But my mother was a herion addict and has used a methadone program for 3 years now.. And I would consider it great recovery.. Yes she wants to get off that too eventually but for now it a good thing.. :)
