Good to hear! We are your friends and we are all going through the same.. I sound chirpy but tonight I drove past the petrol station at 4:30 and thought 'yay its wine o clock' .. but then remembered I am sober!

Alcohol is a lifestyle. It's not just a drink. It's a lifestyle choice. Throwing it away, cutting it out... you are turning your whole life into something different!
