I had to really sit and figure out why I feel like taking another sip when people I know approach me in a "poor little girl" type of way. They all seem sincere but their sorrow for me was getting in the way of what I was trying to do which is to be sober, but also be happy and rejoice in life. One message I had to give to my friends has helped them understand how to deal with me, and it went like this...

"When you look at me, do not see me as a little kid who got their candy taken away, it only exhausts my energy...instead, look at me as an eagle who's wings have been strapped down who finally got the strength to unstrap them and FLY!!!!"
