Congrats on a week you should be starting to feel better, little every day..

Hang on in there! The body is recovering and the anxiety is normal
I never get anxiety when I am sober for a few months. It all vanishes.
Funnily enough, my ex husband said to me 'you're the most amazing person when you're pregnant, real different girl' !
It's taken me all these years to realise it was because I wasn't drunk !
The Valium takes the edge off it so use it but don't abuse it or come to rely on it
Good luck you are doing well! I have minor anxiety and so much energy it's unnerving me, but am putting that down to the anxiety!
I seem to have developed OCD about cleaning!!!
