Tea......water.......coffee every 2 or 3 days. Now drinking loads of tea especially fruit tea. Allow myself a coke about 2 or 3 times a week.

Any kind of lemon water, but my current fav is Lemon Vitamin Water Zero calories. When we are out, I ask for lemon for my water - it is easy and refreshing!
