Scat, Captain was my drink of choice too. We used to joke about sailing away with the Captain. Now I sail AWAY from the Captain and feel 100% better. Keep at it!

I'm going to get right into it: when things are bad, life looks like a teetertotter. You know, those things on playgrounds. When life is bad, I feel like I don't have the strength to lift it all up and turn it all around. And if I don't have that strength, well then, what is the point?

Life is not like a teetotter, or however you spell it. It is a bit more free flowing I think.

If I just make the next good decision, I am doing ok. One decision at a time, that's how it goes. Maybe that means getting something to eat or getting a shower, maybe that means turning down drugs, maybe that means telling some bad influences to **** off, maybe that means not answering your phone. One decision at a time.
