new to sobriety
 

Hello all,I began my sobriety in jail september 2nd got out screwed up and
took 50 mill methadone on the 6th stayed sober yet again until just about an
hour ago when I took 20 mill of methadone..MY GOD I cannot get past this
4th day..Even in the past its always been the 4TH DAY..I'm comming off heroin.
As far as vomiting and nausea I have no such symptoms..My symptoms are
everything other than those 2 symptoms.I just want get the old me back
and I can't belieave I've put myself in this situation:cries3:..But it is what
it is I guess and nice to meet you all :You_Rock_

Welcome Dento...It doesn't have to be like that...Maybe you can find a meeting here and get some support....That was key for me. Glad you're here.

I don't know too much about methadone or heroin myself but I know you'll find a lot of support here :)

My drug was drink but about 4 days was my limit too. Support made all the difference for me :)
