30 days, yet again!
Just needed to pat myself on the back a moment. 30 days! Yay!
It wasn't too hard since I really (for real this time) hit bottom on August 9, 2012. Lots of repercussions of my behavior I'm still trying to deal with, but I made it this far, and that's definitely something (especially when being numb may have been "easier" than staying sober).
The longest I ever got was 122 days, so I'm hoping this is just the beginning of a forever long journey. Feeling good!
Happy Monday everyone and thanks to you all because I have come here as a "go to" the last few weeks and it's really helped me feel like I'm not alone and has offered some interesting insights and perspectives.
