Good luck in rehab...I started IOP Friday night...We'll have to share notes. I know it can't be anything but beneficial. Someone in SR told me..."You'll get out of it what you put in it".

It's all heart and soul, from here out.

so true! there's a ton of great education to be had. take it all in and be open to the experience. and when they tell you to do your aftercare (your IOP and probably going to AA) DO IT! rehab is great but it's finite. it's a springboard to get you going but it's what you do after rehab that really counts. good luck! learn lots!
