Hanging in there
Day 7 I'm still going strong but, I am in a pissed off mood and I really want to smoke, but I won't. Just wanted to get that off my chest. Ugh!!!!

You're doing good....Take it a day at time....That first week is the worst...Don't pick up and you don't have to go through it again...Congrats on a week!!

Try chocolate or a bowl of ice cream or some other comfort food for now. It will help take the edge off.
