Oh, and alcohol is most certainly a drug like any other. Absolutely. Anyone who would argue otherwise is misinformed or confused or something.
Alcohol does have a few unique characteristics; a very important one is the fact that alcohol is classified as a food as well as a (powerful) drug. That changes a few things, but other than that it is 100% a really powerful, potentially devastating drug.
