Waited till I made it a week :)
Hi All!
I have been on and off of this forum for over two years for very short periods of time.
My addiction has been progressive, and so has my recovery. Today I am at eight days and going strong. I made myself wait to post until I had made it past a week, because that was where I always fell down before. Exploring AVRT has made all the difference in the world for me, I feel like I have been set free.
I am in such a better place now, here out of joy for my sobriety rather than desperation. I am not scared anymore.
I just wanted to say "Hi" and thanks to the people who tried to help me before. For those who are struggling to find their path to sobriety, if at first you don't succeed... try, try again!
