3rd time lucky
Hi Everyone,
This is my third attempt at giving up Alcohol, my last two attempts lasted a couple of weeks but things have become so bad with my drinking again that I have to give it another go. I'm at day three now and the doctor gave me valium this time which has helped so much. Fingers crossed I can keep it up

Congratulations on 3 days good for you.
My advice: be as positive as you can and believe in yourself 100%. Never doubt your ability to stay sober... because you CAN do this.
