checking in
Hi sr. I am here checking in. The middle of day 2. slept ok last night, but my rugrats slept with me and i was a virtual punching bag for half the night. (they are very "active" sleepers) we got our day going, took them out for lunch, school starts tomorrow, came home and i took a nap. (suprsingly they listened to me when i asked them to keep it down) now i have to get ready to go into work for a little while and i am dreading it. Tuesday nights have always been a wine night for me, the night i looked forward to the most. it honestly just popped into my head as i was reading other posts. so please, send me some encouraging words. I will keep journaling and today i will do whatever i have to do to not drink. (just lend me some strength for the night) thanks all!

Trying to untangle these necklaces shall be a chore in itself! im feeling much better, as the cravings have passed for right now. i will keep you posted

One day at a a time, thats all we have! Sobriety can be won sometimes one moment at a time, I heard that drinking water helps the urges pass sooner, making phone calls to sober people, praying, and sometimes everything! God bless and stay strong!!!!!
