Puppy just chewed up a brand new sweater. I want to cry. I want a drink. I'm posting because it helps me say no if I tell someone else I want a drink. And now that I typed it, I don't feel like I need it quite so bad. Thanks guys.
Good for you. Keep posting if it stops you drinking. Do ANYTHING but have a drink.
By the way, I feel for you on the puppy issue. My puppy chews up pretty much anything. It's a full time job trying to keep anything that she can put into her mouth away from her!
Stay strong.

ToberMummer - Thats awesome that you have figured out a crutch to keep from drinking when the urge strikes, use it as often as you like, we dont care!
My "puppy" ate a pair of my glasses yesterday. They are completely gone, they are now somewhere in his digestive tract. What can you do...
This is also the same dog... Last week the cat was being very vocal and running around the house. Very out of character for him. I followed him to see if he were ok. He jumped in the guest bathtub and did a number 2. I stood there stunned for a minute not knowing what to think or do. Finally I went to the kitchen to get cleaning supplies. When I returned to the bathroom I was greeted by my glasses eating dog, tail wagging, no poo in the tub.... I still refuse to let him lick my face.
