I came across this episode of Intervention
I am working on sobriety and stumbled on this video Video - - A&E VIDEOS#17122359
I hope the link works, if not it's the episode about Brett. It's very powerful, especially if you are a parent. This hit me hard because I am a lot like Brett only I haven't yet lost my job or family.
I had five beers yesterday and two tonight. I am working my way to zero by the weekend. I feel more determined than I have ever felt before.
