Weird night !!!

Been off drink for a month and a bit, but last night seems like a blur. Can't remember going to sleep and for some reason I unpluged everything. Has anyone else had a similar experience like this ?

I've been told I've had similar, but only while drinking. I would suggest talking to your doctor ASAP. Could be nothing - Could be something.

Yes, do talk to your dr because who knows what might have caused this.

This sounds very, very odd, Count. I'd see your doctor. Like Fred, this only ever happened to me when I was drunk.

Really feel tired all the time, but I've been going to bed early and getting 8 hours sleep. Like you's I've done this while drunk and forgot in the morning, but this time stone cold sober. Didn't even know I had done it till later in the day, when I tried to turn things on and then trying to remember what I had done the night before, total blank.

I've had times when I have woke up not remembering what I did the night before, but it usually comes back pretty quick. I had lots of weird mental blanks, like walking into rooms not knowing what I went in for and getting words muddled up and the like. It passed though. It really would be worth mentioning to your doc x

I have had some sober missing/fuzzy time, but it was always after 30+ hours without sleep. I'm guessing it's related to the tiredness you're experiencing. Why do you feel so tired?

Unplugging everything, however, is just weird. Sleepwalking maybe?

Definitely have it checked out if it happens again.
