2 months

today marks my months anniversary.

things are definitely looking up, improving slowly, but surely.
everything is better when i am sober.

the one thing i've began to feel more than "just realize" is that bad things happen no matter what, boredom is always there if you chose to let it bother you, but dealing with this by drinking is no way live.
it's good be able to face the world with this new found strength.

last week was great really. no anxiety, traveled, slept well and exercised.
time heals everything.

Congrats, serious. Your sober realization is one of the things I had to understand for sobriety to work. I.e., I can feel great about my progress, and about my health, and I should, but life goes on. Soberly, we can make something of life. Drinking, it simply has its way with us.

Glad you are back on the bus!
