Hi from MS
Hi.
I just found this place and it looks like where I need to be..I am a 42 year old recovering alcoholic from Mississippi.
I have been sober almost 4 months now and have been in both In patient treatment and IOP..I attend AA and am very active in doing so...I hope to learn here as well as one day give back..I am still filling out all of my profile so bear with me...I have an almost 6 year old son and am married , but in the process of a divorce...I just was let go from my career as well which is actually a blessing as I was in the wine business...Other than that, if you have a question please ask..I am an open book....

You've found a great site, with lots of helpful people and information. Lifesaver for me.
I got my mind into sobriety (Jan.2011) at 40, but didn't get much real sober time until my current run at it which started back in September. Very happy to have almost 11 months clean now.

Congrats on your 4 months sober! I agree about the career change (!)..... I know I've had more wine than I care to admit. Glad we're both sober today!

Glad to have you here Zenwarreng. I found this place months ago and it has so helped me. Congratulations on 4 months - that is really something to be proud of.
I was a wine rep for 4 years in my early career. I'm sure that didnt help where I ended up. I hope you find a very rewarding job soon.
