Sobriety mindset has set in.

But finally quit,

For nothing in life, did I care.
My flame had died out.
But when I dried out,

Still want to hide under the covers.
But even those days,

Hello all, I have something to say..
I was sober for over 200 days...
My AV came creeping in...
I should of not listen but I let him in!!!
He played with my mind and got me in a bind!
Not for long tho... because I could see..
A sober light in front of me..
so I put up my dukes and began to fight!!
So here I am several days gone by....
Holding sober strong and not gonna do no wrong!

Hi guys I hope you don't mind that I jumped in..I been reading alot of these and WOW!! They are really good!!! It took me a hour to come up with mine..lol..jk. Your limericks are awesome!!
