Hola.
Day eight for me. Still little to no sleep, wacky nightmares. I got up at 4:30 to lift and had no strength grrr. Went to a meeting which was really excellent and then hung out talking for an hour. Thank God for AA.

That's the truth. I already made the decision to give up a sport I've been doing this summer to make it to these morning meetings.
