This is day 3. I feel pretty good, just exhausted. And I have a bad headache. Also, I feel foggy. I can't think straight and my memory seems nonexistent. Today. This too shall pass. I know, quitting is hard!

I have been there. It's a challenge. My memory is still not clear. I can be talking and not be able to comlete a sentence because I lost the though. Embarrassing at work.

It's all worth it! Hope things clear for you soon.

I'm on day 8 and feel the same. My head is pounding a little more today than it has but it may just be the weather.. Stay strong, it'll only get better..

Luckily, no headaches for me. Definitely had foggy moments, and they have continued. I consider myself to be a pretty sharp guy, so it's weird to not be able to think clearly. I've been sober now for 20 days, I believe, and it DOES get better, but there will be moments.

A couple days ago, I felt "meh." Yesterday, I felt slightly better. Today, I feel freaking great. I don't really want to go to work, though, but who does?

I I think that's normal. I have a splitting headache. I know these are just withdrawal symptoms but the idea that a drink would make this pain go away is pretty strong. I hope this goes away very son & that I don't cave in.

Idk if you've been to aa ca but it kept me sober last night & I'm going again rt after work because I don't trust myself to be alone right now. I just sat & listened & it really made a difference to hear people talk about exactly how I was feeling. Not pushing it on u ....just saying its working for me in these early days. I pledge not to drink, just for today. Please join me
