Can this happen a couple of weeks later? I've been SO unwell for two days, vomiting, my entire body hurts, it hurts to be touched, it hurts to move. Would this be a detox or is it more likely I've picked up a bug? Hard to say probably

It's pretty common to get sick after we detox...we've been through a lot...defences are down...

some nasty flus about too...
only your Dr can really tell you for sure tho

Congrats on the couple of weeks! Some of us do have longer term Post Acute Withdrawals Symptoms. PAWS. I sure did, and kept my Docs close in the loop to know which was which, like Dee suggests. Drinking again was never an option for me as I didn't want to go through detox ever again.

Yes, do check with your dr. As Dee said, I noticed problems after detoxing that I hadn't been really aware of.
