Wise words, Saliena, congratulations to you on your journey. I told myself during those first sweaty sleepless nights that I never had to do this again. After the physical withdrawal is over, the rest is just a mind game.

Lol Iam not just getting sober.. I have 8 months now. But my sponser told me that and I thought it was an awesome saying.

Congrats to you on 8 months!!....That's wonderful....And you don't have to go through that again.
