Day 6 Good morning to you all, Today is day 6. I feel sort of flat. I got very little sleep due to cold sweats and nightmares. Dreamed of swinging from vines like Tarzan only the last vine had spikes on it turned out to be the tail of a furious giant red kangaroo. Hm what could it mean, risky risky risky. Only get so any free passes? :dunno I felt guilty because once I finally did sleep I overslept and didn't make my 6 AM meeting. Noon meeting though it's not one I like very much and then yoga after work. Try again for 6 tomorrow. I hope everyone is having a good start to the day. |

Wow-that is quite the dream lol! Amazing effect alcohol or no alcohol at all has on sleep patterns. Wonder if any of us have slept well the entire last decade? You're almost at a week-nice job!! |

Hey gincognito - cool name, Congratulations on Day 6! I'll be there in 2 days time, but I hope I never catch you up. ;) Sleep can only improve the longer you stay sober if you think about it. Without all that added poison in out streams, you'll become more sober and better at sleeping, you'll be a champ by the end! Unfortunate about missing the meeting this morning, but it's done now - past! Focus on tomorrow and you can't lose. Take Care P.S. If I analysed all my dreams over the years, I'd be crazy for sure. |
Yeah if that dream isn't bad enough earlier in the night I woke up to the sound and sensation of the sheets being pulled off the bed. I live alone. :gaah |

Day 7 progriss reeport: Very little sleep, woke to knocking on the window that I'm sure wasn't real. Sweaty sweaty sweaty. Made 1 and 3/4 meetings before 8 AM and talked to tons of guys. |
