Hello all! I made it one whole week, I can't believe it!! I have had many ups and downs and still continue to have quite a bit of anxiety. I am going to make a Doctors appointment to see if there is anything they can do for that. In the meantime I have been using Calms Forte which is all natural. It does help some. I also have been working out which seems to help as well. Last night I could not sleep so I guess I am going to start that now..uhhggg. I hope things continue to get better. Thanks to everyone for the support here!!! Chelle
Hi Chelle,
Sleep when it came has been a great friend in my recovery. I found cool showers good for helping ride out any urges i had as there is something very physical and comforting in getting clean for me .
keep on doing those days , they will soon make up to a whole new life ,
good luck and congratulations , M

Awesome
My anxiety last months after quitting. And I was honest with my doctor, so she put me on a non narcotic Zoloft. I dont use it anymore, most people go thru that. It just takes some time for your body.
Stay on the beam.
