The Golden Rule
Over the past 10 years I've heard and read so much advice on quitting drinking that I could probably write a book on it. The vast majority of it is very valid and helpful but I got thinking tonight..... If I could pick one piece of advice that has helped me more than any other what would it be!
Once you've made the decision to quit drinking, do not question it...... Ever!
Sometimes the simplest advice has the most impact!
That's it. A very happy sober Friday to all of you.

Well, you name it, I've read/watched/listened to it. I'm inquisitive by nature, particularly when something baffles me. Why would I keep doing something I don't enjoy, makes me miserable, turns me into something I'm really not and costs me a fortune (In all senses).
Doesn't add up does it? Truth is, alcohol is a highly addictive drunk that ruins your life. Sometimes it doesn't help to try and be an expert on a subject, keep it simple, just don't drink!
The very best to you all

Indeed keep it simple. I know this alcoholic loves to over think and try to control things. And I know how well my system worked. :rotfxko my way whata joke
For me if I just stay out of my own way, and do the next right thing. I will be alright.
